Live Q&A and Chicken Chat is happening in 10 days
All the Birds
I move my Alumi-Coop twice per day. I have 75 chickens in there right now. I've been letting my ducks and geese free range in my food forest during the day and I withhold their feed until the evening to encourage foraging. They have been following behind the chickens very aggressively! They clean up any of the spilled/ leftover chicken feed and are decimating the fly/ maggot/ larvae population. Super cool to be stacking functions!

SproutingOS in action
Hey peeps! Got an initial video up for those of you who wanted to see the sprouting system in real time. This is the same method we use every morning at Blooming Health Farms—refined over two years, now down to a 10-minute habit that keeps the feed consistent, clean, and crazy cost-effective. If you’ve been sprouting off and on, or wondering how to dial in a routine that sticks, this should give you some real context. And if it sparks questions…drop them below. I’d rather guide you through clarity than let confusion take root. This group exists to help you get further, faster. Let’s keep building together.

They made it through the cold night
Welp I kick they messy loud butt out my house. And they did great it was very cold and I was slightly worried about them outside but I bought that breed for a reason. They are cold hardy birds they made it no problem. Their water thing froze. So until I get something done about that it's gonna be a few cold mornings for me. But Buffs Orps for the wins and the Rhode Red and Boiler great birds I'm very proud of them.
