Feels like I’m starting again.
For months. I did Pilates every day and things were improving a lot then very slowly overtime I did less and less as I was struggling with energy and not sleeping enough because of the late night working I do I now have a couple of months off work and it feels like the time to start again. What is the most basic Pilates session I can do just to get me started a nice short one.?
