Tip 3-Hypothermia Kills at 68°F (Seriously)
Your body wants to average external temperature with internal. When you're wet, you cool 25 times faster than dry air. In 68°F water or soaked from sweat, your body can drop fast enough to kill you. It's not about the temperature you think is safe. It's about being wet in cool weather. Full breakdown on Skool. That's where I'm building real value. Help me keep building. Tip 3.

Tip 5 - DROM: The 8-Movement Balance Secret
DROM - Dynamic Range Of Motion. 8 movements, 8 reps each. Sounds simple. It is. But here's what it does: opens your vertebral canal, maximizes CNS signal, improves your balance. Better balance means better stalking. More control. Quieter movement through the woods. You can't hunt effectively if you're unstable. DROM fixes that. VIDEO IS IN COMMENTS
TIP 6 - Tie Floss to Your Bow (Here's Why)
You're wearing multiple layers hunting. Hard to feel a wind shift. Tie floss to your bow where you can see it. When the wind changes, the floss shows you instantly. No guessing. No missed opportunities. And bonus: if you're eating your trail mix like Tip 7, you'll have bits stuck in your teeth. Floss solves that too. Two birds, one string. Tip 6.

TIP 7 - The Correct Aerobic Snack for Hunting
Taking the shot takes visual focus. Stalking takes mental focus. Both take patience. And fatigue? Fatigue from hunger ruins all of it. Hunting is 80-90% Aerobic, which is fueled by calories from FAT. You need FAT to stay focused and fresh. This trail mix - mostly nuts with some M&Ms and raisins - is what your body actually needs. Fat keeps you going on the long stalk. Sugar kicks in when you need that burst to close the distance. Fuel your body right so your mind stays where it needs to be. On the hunt. Tip 7.
