Each week, use this space to: ✅ Set your main goal ✅ Share the action you’re taking ✅ Check in on your progress ✅ Ask for encouragement when you feel stuck ✅ Celebrate the progress you make To get started, answer these three questions below: 1. What is ONE goal you want to achieve over the next 30 days? 2. Why is this goal important to you? 3. What is one action you can take this week to move closer to it? There is no judgement here if things don’t go perfectly. If you get off track, we reset. If you have a difficult week, we keep moving. If you make progress, we celebrate it. Monday was about choosing your goal for the week. Today is about moving towards it. Big changes rarely happen all at once. They happen through small, consistent actions. So ask yourself: 👉 What is ONE small thing I can do today that will move me forward? It could be: ✅ Make that phone call ✅ Send that email ✅ Go for a short walk ✅ Spend 10 minutes planning ✅ Finish one task you’ve been avoiding ✅ Ask someone for support ✅ Take some time for yourself ✅ Say no to something that is draining you 👇 Share your one small action in the comments.
