Hi! I’m Lara, LOVE activist and founder of PHENOMENA.
I hold a degree in Psychology and three master’s degrees in Education (Spanish Language), Enactive Pedagogies (Phenomenology), and Creative Intelligence. I have over 5 years of experience as a pedagogue (teacher and researcher) and more than 10 years as an artist (writer and performer). I am also trained in the Keep Moving Method, astrology, and medicinal plants.
I offer group workshops and one-to-one consultations to support creative and life processes.
My work is guided by a search for what is authentic, spontaneous, and transformative. I am interested in the process of pereception and in supporting people to reconnect with their own creative potential.
Having lived across three continents has given me a broad perspective. I create spaces for transformation, where creativity becomes a way of inhabiting a more authentic, coherent, joyful, and life-connected world.
