Big milestone for PeriKinetix Circle this week: our first LIVE Q&A is officially in the books! 🎉
We kicked off with introductions, tackled a great question from Nancy about momentum and consistency, and then dove deep into the perimenopause Kickoff. It naturally flowed into menopause territory, with Iffy and me sharing our real journeys and experiences along the way.
It wasn't just Q&A—it was genuine connection, insights, and support. That's the circle energy right there. Grateful for Iffy bringing such great energy to our first session.
