Ion GHK-Cu Capsule Cream Topical Application
I just used the ion capsule cream for the first time, being back in Denver, and figured I'd record the process. Super simple 1:1 ratio gel to blue capsule. It works just as well as the serums I've used in the past, and I'm excited to try this out for the next ~30 days or so.
