So in my 30s I was training with a professional trainer 5 times a week and one of my goals was to be able to do a single leg pistol squat … I couldn’t do it 🫠
For my 40th birthday I made a goal to be able to do it this year. I still couldn’t do it 6 months ago! 🫠
I started my peptides & HRT and I actually totally forgot about this goal so I haven’t even been practicing it for the last 6 months (I kept failing miserably lol 😂 🫠)
This week I was playing with my kids (our 10 year old can do it no problem) and they said - mom just try it… I did…….effortlessly!!!! 😳 🤯
