Here’s what I’m currently doing:
• Retatrutide (.5mg 2x/week)– metabolic health + inflammation support
• Tesamorelin (250mcg nightly) – focusing on visceral fat + GH support
• Ipamorelin (150mcg nightly, 5 on / 2 off) – recovery + sleep
• NAD+ (50mg 2x/week) – energy + mitochondrial support
• BPC-157 (250mcg daily) – healing + inflammation
• KPV (250mcg daily) – gut health + inflammation
Always adjusting based on how I feel, but this is where I’m at right now.
