Where do you even start?!
A lot of you have been asking… how do I even start? 🤍 Here’s the simplest way to approach it: Option 1 (guided + medical): If you want structure, labs, and supervision—this is the route I’d recommend. A telehealth doctor, personalized plan, and check-ins: https://elliemd.com/coribosco or defymedical.com Option 2 (on your own): If you feel confident doing your own research, this is what I personally use. Full 3rd party testing reports They come in powder form and you’ll reconstitute. https://atomiklabz.com/aff/197/ https://solutionpeptides.net/aff/197/ Use CORI15 or CORI25 These are labeled for research purposes. (Reta, Sema, NAD+, Peptides, Vitamins) Helpful tip: – Tirzepatide = Peptide-2 (T) – Retatrutide = Peptide-3 (R) My recommendations if you’re new: – Start LOW (micro-dose and assess) – Don’t stack multiple things right away – Use a peptide calculator before mixing – Keep it simple and intentional There’s a learning curve—but once you understand it, it’s actually very manageable. Start simple. Build smart. 🤍

Briana’s Vision Journey: Commotion Retinae with SS-31 and Mots-C
Back in December of 2022, Briana took a soccer ball directly to the eye during a game. What we thought was just a scary accident turned into something much bigger. After seeing specialists, she was diagnosed with commotio retina in her right eye. During all the testing, we also found out that both of her retinas were thinning, which led to a laser procedure in both eyes designed to create scar tissue and help reinforce the weakened areas in an effort to prevent further thinning or future retinal complications. Since that day, her vision has never been the same. In her injured eye, she has a large dark blur right in the center of her vision. She can only see around it using her peripheral vision. And even in that remaining vision, she constantly dealt with floaters all day long. What’s even crazier is her “good” eye wasn’t really good either. It also had floaters, and every doctor basically told us the same thing… there wasn’t really a treatment, cure, or fix. As a mom, that’s a hard thing to hear. So over the years, I’ve tried just about everything. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, special glasses, eye drops, vitamins, supplements, acupuncture, holistic therapies… you name it. Nothing ever seemed to make a difference. But if there’s one thing I’ve always admired about Briana, it’s that she never let any of this define her. She never used it as an excuse. Not once. She never sat around feeling sorry for herself or complaining about how unfair it was. In fact, most people would never even know anything was wrong. It didn’t change how she looked. It wasn’t something anyone could see when they looked at her. I honestly think that helped her. She stayed positive through all of it. She kept playing sports, kept living her life, kept moving forward, and just adapted to the reality she was given. Then I entered my peptide era. After seeing how much peptides helped me with inflammation, recovery after surgery, energy, and overall health, I started asking questions. I asked ChatGPT if there were any studies, clinical trials, or research programs involving commotio retina. It pointed me toward a few things to look into, but I also asked it to think outside the box.

Peptide Deep Dive of the Day: MOTS-C
MOTS-C is a mitochondrial-derived peptide that plays a role in how the body regulates energy production and metabolic function. Unlike many peptides that signal the pituitary or endocrine system, MOTS-C works at the mitochondrial level, which is why it’s often researched for its potential role in supporting cellular energy and metabolic health. Researchers have looked at MOTS-C for potential benefits related to: • Metabolic health • Insulin sensitivity • Cellular energy production • Exercise performance • Healthy aging and longevity Because MOTS-C works through mitochondrial signaling, it’s often studied in protocols focused on metabolism, longevity, and mitochondrial optimization. One thing to note is that dosing protocols for MOTS-C vary widely in research, so you’ll see a pretty broad range depending on the protocol and goal. This is actually one of the newer peptides that EllieMD recently started carrying for those who prefer having medical guidance along the way. It’s also available through both of the other vetted sources I share in the guide, so if you’re researching it further make sure to check the guidebook in the classroom for more details. Educational purposes only — not medical advice.
