Nothing fancy… just consistency.

🧬 Introduced Tirz and eventually switched to Retatrutide at 0.5mg and slowly titrated up to 1.5mg.

🧬 Tapering Retatrutide back down to 0.5mg while deciding whether a very low dose long-term makes sense for longevity benefits.
Past lessons:
🧬 Tesamorelin was amazing at 250mcg… but increasing the dose gave me an instant 6–8 lbs of water retention, so my body quickly reminded me that more isn’t always better. πŸ˜…
