Recovery Isn’t a Straight Line
One thing I’ve learned is that recovery doesn’t look perfect. There are ups and downs, good days and hard days. What matters is continuing to move forward and learning from the difficult moments.
Progress in recovery can look like setting boundaries, learning healthier coping skills, or simply choosing not to use today.
Every step counts.
If you’re comfortable sharing, what is one thing that has helped you stay on track with your sobriety?
