Inside this space, we focus on meaningful documentation writing. You will learn how to clearly explain what children are doing, why it matters, what went well, what did not go as planned, and what your next steps are. We share practical examples and tools that work in real classrooms.
We also explore intentional programming, reflective practice, and honest conversations about educator burnout. I wrote a book on burnout because educators deserve support, not exhaustion.
