Welcome! READ THIS FIRST
This is for fighters who want to lock in their nutrition and get the most out of their training and recovery to reach the next level in their combat sport. This community is going to include different tips and resources to help you with everything nutrition. From sports specific courses to cooking to grocery shopping. I want to see your success so I have included a page specifically to post your wins, whether that is a good practice session, making progress towards a body comp goal, or winning a tournament. Lets keep each other accountable. This course will include strong fundamentals, but if you are hoping for nutrition personally for you and don't want to have to stress about it, or you have an important event coming up and want to make sure you nail your nutrition, I offer private 1 on 1 nutrition coaching and planning. Next Steps: 1. Introduce yourself (sport, weight class, current goal) 2. Start with a Nutrition Basics Course 3. Post your first win this week, big or small!
