General method questions

So, I am somewhat familiar with the 24 hour ranking method, but I was wondering about a couple of things. What do we do if we search for a keyword we want to rank for, but there are some videos already in those Google spots? Won't it be harder to move yourself into those spots if they get taken? Also, after the 10 trust videos are made and published, are we "done" making and uploading videos are is this going to be a continual content grind and you just keep making and posting videos every day or week for however long?
