Monday Class December 1 – Meeting Summary
Group Projects Launched: Participants were assigned to Groups A, B, and C, each working on key Salesforce topics: duplicate rules, data security, and data modelling. Teams are expected to collaborate and demo their projects in the next Saturday session.
Group Leadership & Collaboration: Leaders were appointed for each group (A: Oluwatosin, B: Knee, C: America/Emersencia), and members were encouraged to join groups via the community platform and create additional collaboration spaces, such as WhatsApp.
Support for Beginners: New participants were shown how to access recorded sessions and engage in the community for support.
Salesforce Fundamentals: Introduction given about Salesforce as the #1 CRM platform, its role in business, and the responsibilities of a Salesforce Administrator—including user management, automation, and data security.
Career & Motivation: The demand, earning potential, and job roles for Salesforce Admins were discussed, with salary examples and career encouragement.
Learning Tools: Trailhead (official Salesforce training) and Pathway360 (classroom platform) were introduced for structured learning. Instructions on how to register and complete lessons were provided.
Engagement: Students were encouraged to participate actively by asking questions, contributing in the community, and practicing communication for interview readiness. Leaderboard engagement is rewarded with prizes.
Next Steps: Participants should select and join their group, complete fundamental modules, and prepare for Saturday’s group demo. Continued practice and community interaction are highly recommended.
