Reviewed a Salesforce Admin job posting, discussing scope, responsibilities, and salary range (£80k-£120k).
Emphasized commitment, community involvement, and shared exam preparation resources.
Demonstrated Salesforce navigation: front-end vs back-end, user creation, and the concepts of objects, records, and fields.
Covered user management: profiles (standard vs custom), licenses, and how to assign them. One user = one profile and license.
Introduced permission sets to grant extra permissions beyond what a profile allows.
Clarified the admin’s role in managing permissions per stakeholder requests.
