Just Completed My Onboarding - Summary of Student Onboarding
I've just completed the onboarding and I'm excited to start! The community uses a gamification system where I earn points through posts and engagement to level up from Tech Newbie to Salesforce Mentor across nine levels. There are great incentives including monthly cash prizes for top performers, 1:1 mentorship sessions, and exclusive merchandise. The program emphasizes adopting a growth mindset, setting SMART goals, and staying consistent. I'll be building five hands-on projects (Project Management, Expense Tracker, Recruitment Management, Sales Pipeline, and Customer Support apps) to develop my portfolio while learning core Salesforce concepts through Pathway360 and engaging with the community on Skool. Ready to dive in.
