I choose to reduce my hours, to sow seeds for harvest in 2026 by God grace 🤲🏾🙏🏾 🙌🏾.

My managers and colleagues see my decision to reduce my hours as 'crazy,' but they do not see the vision God has placed in my heart. I am making this sacrifice to dedicate myself fully to the Salesforce Pathway and my upcoming certification. I know that by putting in the work now, I am sowing seeds for a harvest in 2026. I trust that with God’s grace, this temporary pay cut will lead to a career worth three times what I earn today. My effort is my offering, and I trust God for the increase.
