Path to Peace™ is a six-week trauma-informed yoga therapy and mindfulness program created to support military members, veterans, first responders, and their families in finding balance, resilience, and inner calm. Born from a deep respect for those who serve, the program blends gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and community connection to help restore the mind-body-spirit relationship often disrupted by chronic stress and trauma.
Rooted in holistic principles and guided by compassion, Path to Peace™ provides a safe and supportive space for healing—no prior yoga experience required. Each week builds upon the last, moving from grounding and emotional regulation to restoration and renewal. Through embodied awareness, participants learn to release tension, reconnect with their purpose, and cultivate tools for long-term well-being.
