Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice. My landlord has asked me to arrange a fire risk assessment for the property and said I can either use NRLA templates or get a third party to complete one. Has anyone else thought about this. Would you complete the assessment yourself using a template, or did you pay a professional fire risk assessor? I’d really appreciate any guidance on what’s required, what the usual process is. Thanks in advance

Have any others in here had any glitches when setting up on HMRC? I got so far then it kept telling me I had my DOB wrong - I know I forget things but not that!!
