I just got a new rate sheet from one of my lenders and here is the big takeaway… DSCR rates are currently in the low to mid 6% range. I am also seeing:• Up to 75 to 80% financing• 30-year fixed options• Investor-friendly underwriting I always say it is not about timing the market. It is about time in the market.
