I've already been working on these (inconsistently), but I haven't fully mastered them and I let fear get in the way for every new or different type I find. And I think as I'm starting to face bigger or higher obstacles, I am struggling with the adjustment of running or powering into them, not losing control, and feeling comfortable and confident in this place.
I feel I do this with most of my training; I'll technically "have" this skill/challenge/jump. But I let fear get in the way and often doubt myself and my abilities. I struggle to do things on my own, and often rely on peer pressure or someone else telling me I can instead of knowing with myself.
