I show Skool community owners how to turn their free community into an evergreen sales system to ascend free members into their paid programs.

No ads I’ve pretty much been all organic (struggled with ads in the past due to the old way my business was setup).

I’ve been able to do $3.5M in sales organically in the last 5 years and just had our first 7 figure 12 month stretch but I’m ready to level up with an ad strategy.

Right now we get 11% of our free community members to buy our $37 evergreen workshop and are seeing 26% of those customers join one of our two programs.

Magic wand: I’d have ads running to fill my free community with ideal members for under $10 per member join.

In the next 6 months I want to hit $200k/month at 50% profit, hire a few more team members to take over a lot of what I’m currently doing l, and launch my mastermind (for my clients doing $50k/mo that want to grow to 6 figures a month.
