meta Business verification issues

having a huge issue with facebook. for some reason while trying to get access of two of my clients meta business suite, facebook asks for a verification code, sends it to my email but wont let me enter it in, its as if the screen just pauses there. its been like this for 3 days no matter how many times i refresh or send the code it wont let me enter it and its for 2 clients whos ads I manage. has anyone had this issue or can anyone offer a solution??
