Hiring: Funnel + Ads Delivery Assistant
We are expanding and we’re looking for a skilled Delivery Assistant to support our agency with funnels, ads, and automations as we grow our core programs.
About the Role:
• Contractor role, ~50 hours/month
• $25/hr+
• Flexible schedule within 9am–5pm EST
• Must be comfortable with funnels, Meta ads, and backend automations
• Daily communication and weekly team calls required
You’ll Help With:
• Updating and building funnels inside GoHighLevel
• Creating ad creatives and writing ad copy
• Setting up automations and workflows
• Supporting webinars, launches, and agency projects
• Maintaining and improving SOPs and client delivery systems
You’re a Fit If:
• You have experience with funnels, ads, and basic creative work
• You’re proactive, organized, and detail oriented
• You enjoy optimizing systems and client delivery
• You can take initiative and work inside a fast moving agency
Selected applicants will complete a paid test project as the next step.
