Friend is having trouble joining 🚫

Hey all! One of my friends is trying to join the group, but it shows that she has an "Onboarding Call [Required]" before she can join the group. I've been a member of the group for a while now but don't remember having to go through that when I joined. She said she has gotten on it multiple times but no one is there. What does she have to do to get past that or join the group? Is there any new members that went through that and know the answer?
