We all have ups and downs, especially when our mind is all over the place all the time. My words of encouragement today are to turn the bad into something productive. Write your thoughts out, find a friend to talk to (we are only 6 people as of now so im here for all of you) and keep things going. Don't hold your pain inside! Control whats inside so it doesn't ruin the outside. Yesterday I was having a tough time in my own head, that pain that you can't explain. But I didn't let my pain hold me hostage. I went to the gym, trained muay thai, got my ass handed to me but it helped me grow. I pushed through the internal battle and continued to be productive. Is that always possible? Honestly, yes- but it will feel like it isn't. The hardest part is getting up and doing it regardless, but after the pain blows away and the dust settles all you are left with is the fruits of your labor and effort.
