I mean it's such addictive because :
  • it overstimulates of all your brain but person doesn't realize it , it feels like 'enjoyable for them: activities just like "Enjoyment Freshold" / Which unlocked : 'hard work, reading and learning, time with family & friends, just Simple moments'
  • - Stop to feel incomfort zone, it's like training your brain 🧠 to be constant & in stimulation just feel at ease.
2. It shortens your attention pan
  • Attention pan : People can't focus a longer periods or the ones who thrive in the future every minute you spend mindlessly scrolling is like giving up your competition a head start but honestly when I see someone scrolling aimlessly it reminds me of when competing in a sport and seeing my last competition consistently eating junk food or partying it might come off as a bit arrogant but I'm secretly smile to myself when I see people mindlessly scroll because I know that they represent most of my competition and I know that is my competition I'm going to crush them /
  • Social Media is like junk food 🌮 for your brain 🧠 it gives you that quick short-term satisfaction but it's going to ruin you a long term.
3. It's complete waste of time.
Time is your most valuable resource.
You don’t get it back. You don’t regenerate it . You don’t recycle it.
Every hour lost to scrolling is an hour you could’ve used to build your future.
That's makes a sense !
