This community was created to be a safe space for bereaved mothers who lost their child to death by suicide. When my son died I felt so alone and desperately longed for connection with mothers whom had experienced my specific loss. Suicide has such a taboo around it making it feel shameful to share, making it very difficult to talk about with friends and family. This Outlier is feeling honored to hold space and hands while we walk this difficult path together through journaling, conversations, nature and crafting and repairing our brains and bodies by learning new things and honoring our loved ones story.
