I’m Simone — a farm girl at heart who loves sharing the beauty, humour and honesty of small-farm life. Our little patch of regional Queensland is home to horses, calves, chickens, turkeys, our rescue dogs, Oscar and Macy, our sassy cat Minxy, and local wildlife and a whole lot of everyday learning.
Here at Our Little Farm School, I bring you along for the real moments — the feeding, the fencing, the the animal care, the unexpected dramas, the peaceful sunsets, and everything in between. I created this space for anyone who dreams of simple living, loves animals, or wants to understand how a small farm really works.
Whether you live in the city and are country curious, are thinking about your buying your own property, live on property, or perhaps you just find comfort in nature and animals, you’re welcome here. My goal is to teach, encourage and inspire through the small lessons our animals and land give us every day — in a warm, friendly, relatable way.
