Welcome to Our Grief Connects
We’re so grateful you’re here. This space is more than a classroom; it’s a community. A place to hold space for one another, to explore the many layers of grief, and to begin healing through the power of words and breath. Whether your grief is recent or long-held, loud or quiet, you are welcome here. In this class, we’ll use guided journaling techniques to help open our hearts and release what we’ve been carrying, one word at a time. Each session will include breathing practices to help us ground and gently support our emotional process. You’ll gain tools for reflection, emotional clarity, and connection, not just with yourself, but with others walking a similar path. To begin, please introduce yourself: - Who are you? - Where are you joining us from? - What brought you to Grief Connects? - Is there anything you’d like to explore or discuss in our upcoming classes? This is your space. Your story matters. And we’re honored to walk beside you.
