MODULE 1: WHAT OSHA IS AND IS NOT
In this module, students will learn why OSHA was created, what authority it has, how OSHA standards affect the workplace, and where the responsibility for safety ultimately rests. Students will also learn the difference between general safety education, employer-required training, and official OSHA Outreach Training. This course provides general workplace-safety education and does not replace site-specific, equipment-specific, or regulation-required employer training.

MODULE 2: WORKER RIGHTS/ EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn the essential rights and responsibilities that shape workplace safety. This module explains employer duties, worker protections, supervisor accountability, hazard reporting, retaliation concerns, and the limits of refusing dangerous work. Students will learn how to raise concerns clearly, respond to reported hazards, and understand how every level of an organization contributes to preventing injuries.
