2026 goals
The year is coming close to an end. What are some big fitness goals y’all got for the next year? doesn’t have to be powerlifting related. Mine is to stay on top of a high protein diet and get to mid 600lbs deadlift

Why Powerlifting?
whats good guys, making this just cuz out of curiosity as to why yall decided to powerlift? for myself, lifting heavy weights was fun and something i felt i was naturally good at and i never thought i had the body type to be a bodybuilder lol w my short limbs and height so powerlifting felt like the right place to be at but ya lmk

To bench, dl, and squat 500 lbs? I am 145-169 LBS shredded and can: Bench 225 on a cut, and 265 on a bulk Squat 225 or 315 Rackpull around 500 lbs I have seven years experience in the gym but always wanted to do 500 on the big three I usually do calisthenics, bodybuilding, powerlifting and breakdancing I think powerlifting is what I currently need atm If possible, how do I go about it, while keeping low bf%?
