Between lunchboxes, laundry, food planning, kindy drop-offs, & working around limited childcare, my brain is full & most days feel reactive.
I created this community because I don’t want to just survive this season.
I want to feel more organised, calm, & in control of day-to-day life (even when things are messy).
This is a journey-led community, not an expert-led program.
I’m documenting what I’m trying in my own life... simple systems, home organisation, & ways to reduce mental load.
Inside, we:
- Talk honestly about what feels heavy
- Try simple, realistic systems together
- Support each other without pressure or perfection
This is not about productivity or “perfect routines”.
There’s no expectation to keep up, fix everything, or have it all together.
