The 3-2-1 Method
You've probably heard of Pareto's Law (20% of effort produces 80% of the results) and Murphy's Law (the more you fear something happening, the greater the likelihood it will) and maybe even the Peter Principle (rising to a level of incompetence) but are you familiar with the Hick's Law?
The Hick's Law says we get faster results when we have fewer options. Both Doug and Russel as well as all good marketers get this. One message, one funnel/community, one delivery mechanism. Here's something to write down and try out for the next 90 days.
