I've adjust the font in a campaign, but it doesn't show as adjusted when the test email comes through. What am I doing wrong?

What's the best way to add hyperlinks to emails that are edited through the code on the left?

The templates I've edited and saved (e.g. welcome email 1) aren't showing up in the workflow, the old version of the welcome email is still there. Do I need to 'sync edits to template' to update the email going out?
