Welcome to the Ooooby Academy 🌱
This is a space for the farms and food businesses in the Ooooby community to learn from each other and share what works, whether it's packing techniques, pricing, navigating a tricky delivery week, or a win worth celebrating. It's organised by topic so the good stuff stays findable, and it's members-only.
We're confident we can build real depth here together.
Three quick things to do:
  1. Introduce yourself. Post a quick hello in the πŸ‘‹ Start Here category. A few lines is plenty. If you're not sure what to say, try: what your business does and where you're based; how long you've been at it; one thing you're hoping to learn or figure out; one thing you might be able to help others with.
  2. Read the guidelines below. They're short and mostly common sense but definitely worth a read so it's all clear
  3. Post something useful. A question, an idea, a win, anything.
How we keep it useful:
  • Post your questions, ideas, experiences and wins. The most valuable thing you can do here is be generous with what you've learned. Posts are publicly visible.
  • Be kind and assume good faith. We're all running hard businesses on thin margins.
  • Post in the right category so people can find things later. Not sure where something goes? Just pick the closest fit.
  • No spam, and no selling unrelated products or services.
One thing this isn't: a support desk for the Ooooby platform. If you use the Ooooby platform, for anything broken, or any billing or account questions, email support@ooooby.com or use the green button on your platform admin dashboard. You'll get a faster, proper answer and we can look into your specific setup privately. Same goes for feedback about Ooooby itself.
Spot something that doesn't belong? Use the three-dots menu to report a post, or DM one of the admins.
Thanks and welcome! ☺️
