what are good ways to market? i’m struggling with exposure and reaching a quality demographic

I have a great chatter connection, but I am struggling with signing more models. I am currently only managing one and I knew her personally before. My question is how do I go about doing outreach to sign more models? I am starting to get discouraged.

Do you prefer to hire chatters and train them or do you hire a chatting agency? My experience with chatting agencies has been awful

Do you focus on a certain niche of models? Or do you just manage whoever you can get? If you do focus on a niche, was there a point at which you decided on doing that, or did you do that from the start of your agency?

Has anyone worked with Marcus? He gives me scammy vibes and wondered if anyone had any success with him
