Not every task needs an intricate workflow. I built a Claude project to book keep my leads. All I need to do is upload a screenshot of a email, Text or LinkedIn DM and Claude enriches the available information for the lead I’m talking to (finds their Email, Phone Number, lead status (hot or cold), Next steps, what part of the pipeline they are in, etc) then adds their info to an existing google sheet.
Taking a process that takes about 40 minutes up per day. SAVING ME OVER 173 HOURS PER YEAR.
