STOP right now!
"What will you STOP doing, that is no longer worthy of you, and your future?"
I saw this question from Dr Benjamin Hardy and it made me stop and really think about it.
Most breakthroughs come not from adding more things but by taking something away.
Is there something that used to make sense that's not serving you anymore?
Or something that never made sense but you just haven't made the decision to stop yet?
One thing for me is replying to DMs from people who are just serving themselves. I used to try and be polite. And sometimes I'd have their reply on my To Do List/Calendar for days as I struggled to find the right words to say "bugger off". Now I just ignore them completely. Sorry, not sorry.
