Yes, this is quite personal topic for me. Thereare many things, people or situations, that hurt me. And am still learning to shake them off. I can say: I will také it easy, but praktice it is mostly more difficult, than I think. So I am going to try it again and again.
I am trying various methods. For example one of them is imagine, that I watch some “my” unpleasant situation like movie at the cinema. And that is easier don ´t take it personally.
