Hi everyone, I’m Dr. Christiane Schroeter.

I’m a TEDx speaker, bestselling author, and professor of innovation and entrepreneurship at Cal Poly in California. I also work as a leadership strategist and host the Happy Healthy Hustle podcast, which ranks in the Top 1% globally.

My work focuses on helping people think clearly, communicate their ideas with confidence, and take small strategic steps that compound over time. I love practical systems and simple frameworks that help ideas move forward.
