My biggest take away was I just to do room for rent but back then it was roommate . com and geez If I knew then what I know now ughhhhh, this is insane.

My concerns are when I started with this task last year I had a 780 credit score to now I'm 650 "I care for my Mom' so I'm not working but I have a good amount of credit rotating my personal credit cards which sooner or later has to stop so now I HAVE to dig in and make this happen meaning things Pace teaches. kinda of like Wizard of OZ Dorothy wearing the shoes "my dear you've had the power all along"
