Hi there! Brenda here.
I'm based in downtown Toronto and I make things.
I'm a retired art professor ... turned silver-smith and botanical jeweller, textile artist/slow-stitching, tea-drinking, writer & journaler, and creativite explorer. I'm on a sustainable & regenerative journey - using multi-puporse/multi-functionality as a meaningful-change metaphor.
Everything's changing. All hands on deck ... hang tight - let's get through it together.
Are you building a creative practice or tending a secret garden, if so, this is a safe space.
I believe
- in 'making as healing'
- living a fulfilling, sustainable, regenerative life is possible and want to explore it further together
Come along on my walk & talks and take a peek into some behind-the-scene processes, studio life, and product stories.
Let's gather seeds, plant ideas & watch as gardens grow - one seed a time. Bring your own materials to the table. I've also got Kits. Let's. Make. It.
Let me know what you want me to show you and if I can, I will.
