One More Day is a mental health community for believers and non-believers alike navigating depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, shame, trauma, doubt, and hope. Inspired by the emotionally raw bestselling book series Judas, Jonah, Job, and the upcoming Joseph and Lucifer, this is a space for honest conversations without masks, judgment, or performance.
Some members have faith. Some have lost it. Some are simply trying to survive another day. Everyone is welcome.
We talk openly about mental health, recovery, purpose, identity, relationships, and the quiet battles people hide behind smiles.
You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to pretend you’re okay.
