I’m Celina. I’m the creator of this OMAD Skool Community and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a certified nutritionist, athlete, and B.Sc. Life Coaching student from Germany, studying a combination of psychology, nutrition science, and sports science.
Over the past five years, my work has been focused around helping people master One Meal A Day in a simple, healthy, and sustainable way.
In 2019, I became the admin of the “OMAD - One Meal A Day” Facebook group, which has grown into the world’s largest active OMAD community with over 200,000 members.
After moderating thousands of posts and guiding countless people through their challenges, I learned one thing very clearly:
Most people fail OMAD not because OMAD doesn’t work... but because they don’t have the right education, support system, and accountability.
