Everything starts with the Mind!
Do you agree? Our mindset can really change our reality. I always though that we must work a lot on the emotional side, and it's true of course. But, if we don’t take responsability for what happens in our mind, we are going around in loops! Self-work is really a work for life! I find it very interesting, I see it as an opportunity to see things from a different perspective. ✨️🦋

The Mountain Path
We are taught to believe that growth is linear: choose a direction, work hard, and keep moving forward. But real growth rarely looks like a straight line. It feels more like crossing a range of mountains. You climb. You reach a new height. For a moment, you can see further than before. And then, suddenly, the world you thought you knew begins to fall apart. When we realise that life is different from what we imagined, it can be deeply unsettling. The version of the world we trusted no longer exists. We begin to see realities we may not like. And perhaps the hardest part is seeing ourselves differently too: Have I been living on autopilot? Do I truly know who I am? That is where deconstruction begins. Before discovering who we are, we often need to understand who we are not. Old beliefs, relationships, work patterns, friendships and ways of being can no longer fit. What once felt familiar may begin to feel too small. This is not failure. It is a form of awakening. But embracing a new version of yourself is not always easy—especially when your environment keeps pulling you back towards the person you used to be. This is where the real inner work starts: meeting the wounds, the discomfort, the fears and the situations we would rather avoid. Not once, but again and again. And perhaps that is life. Not a straight path towards a final version of ourselves, but a continuous process of letting go, rebuilding and returning to what is true within our hearts. Which part of yourself are you being invited to let go of—and what might be waiting for you on the other side? Share your thoughts in the comments.

Understanding and being understood
These days I was talking to a friend about boundaries. You know, when we have to set boundaries, and how challenging it can be... For many years I had the feeling that everytime I would set my boundaries, the other side was not actually understanding. And I though that I had a big problem with communication. Like it was obvious that I couldn't communicate properly! I would say one time, second time... and so it goes until... I collapsed and frustration and anger comes out. And it is not pretty to experience. And on the other side, it would be like "Ah, I had no idea that this bodered you so much...". And in my mind I questioned, REALLY? I think the experience that helped to understand all this dynamic was: I lived in the city more that I should. And I know it because my body was collapsing. And every time I would communicate this with close friends they would try to support by finding different ways that I could experience that moment. And so I though that the problem was me. Now, I live in the mountains, away from the city, where the most amazing things that I feel good about are being surrounded by nature and the silence. And my body started to relax, and I started to come back to myself. And my friends could see it clearly. And the the answer came, they would try to help me according to their own experiences. And this was mind blowing! Two things I realised, it is pretty difficult for us to be total neutral and give advice or support according to what the other person is sharing, and, if we don’t go inwards to really get to know ourselves we will continue to follow other people's vision on life and experiences, but not our own! Does this makes sense to you?
