💪 Pushups/Sit-ups: None
🍽️ Calories: Over
It’s been a continued fight these last few weeks. I’m still not feeling fully myself, and it’s showing in the numbers. Yesterday wasn’t a great day on steps, calories, or workouts, and this cold hanging around hasn’t helped anything. But it is what it is — a rough patch, not the end of the story.
I’m ready to start tightening things back up again. I want to get the steps back to where they should be. This past month has been stagnant, and I’m not thrilled about that. Thanksgiving week is coming, and trying to micromanage calories on Thursday is probably a fool’s errand, but that doesn’t mean the whole week has to go off the rails.
So the plan is simple:Push-ups. Sit-ups. Steps.If I hit those, I’ll count it as a win for now.
Still blessed, still grateful, still pushing forward — even on days where the engine doesn’t feel like firing.
