This institute will be a fellowship of clergy, spiritual fathers and mothers, clinicians (mental health workers, addiction counselors, psychologists, etc), and interested laypeople which will emerge from this inaugural conference, and will continue in mutual support through both online and in-person meetings. The goal of the fellowship will be an integrated vision and practice of the spiritual life that includes the healing and well-being of all facets of the soul.
The status quo often misses the mark when caretakers of soul and body are operating independently of one another. It is our hope that by increasing mutual awareness and developing practical, meaningful tools and means of collaboration, that the commandment of Christ to the Church found in Matthew 10 to heal the sick and cast out demons will be facilitated to its greatest extent to the glory of God and by His grace.
